    • Panchamahabhutas (Five elements) and Tridosha theory

    • Prakriti (Constitution) and Vikriti (Imbalance)

    Module 2: Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology (40 hours)

    • Dhatus (Tissues) and Malas (Waste products)

    • Agni (Digestive Fire) and Ojas (Vitality)

    • Srotas (Channels) and Marma Points

    Module 3: Ayurvedic Diagnosis (40 hours)

    • Nadi Pariksha (Pulse diagnosis)

    • Jihva Pariksha (Tongue diagnosis)

    • Darshana (Observation) and Prashna (Questioning)
